well, I thought i would write a little about my hcg journey. First heard of Hcg back in December 2010. A few ladies from my church were doing it. So, i purchased some. I have been so pleased with the results. I did 2 rounds. should have only had to do one, but i had things to learn along the way. The little mistakes i made. I lost 25lbs using the hcg homoepathic drops. I have kept it off to this date. I struggle with the little gains from things like tortillas and brownies, but, am pleasantly suprised i don't gain from triple chocoholic blizzards! I am currently doing a correction day as i was 3 lbs up from the tortilla and something else, i can't remember. Lost 2lbs from yesterdays "shake day" correction. I had a bunch of strawberries for breakfast and then a protien shake made with 4 scoops mix, and a banana and raspberries. SO delicious, then at 6:30 had a plain strawberry one. the first one was definitly better. Today, I am doing a fat fast correction day. I've done this before losing 2.2 lbs. and another day 1.4 lbs. I've also done a high protien day with all meats. yummy! love that one. might do that tomorrow just to see if i can get below my ldw. (last day of hcg wieght).
Havent been trying to sell to many plants this year. Feel like God has something else planned for me. I have no clue what at this point. Praying every day for Him to reveal his plan for me. It's in his timing for me to know what to do. although, funny enough since i made that decision, people have been coming out and buying plants.
Instead of a lot of gardening i've been garage sale-ing and picking up things to sell on ebay. which i have never done before. Lots of salt and pepper shakers. Been also buying things for my home. just bought an awesome hutch and half a hoosier. need to find a base for it. also have an antique stove and sewing machine i would like to sell.
Did a little scrapbooking the other day. will have to post some pics of what i did, later, i need to get back outside for awhile and clean up my deadheading messes and play with my dog Bill.
